Writing is a beneficial and underutilized tool in the healing process. It can provide a safe way to process emotions, reduce stress, and gain insights into oneself. In this 5-week group, we'll respond to various writing prompts and ease the chatter in our overcrowded minds. There will also be opportunities to share as you feel comfortable: promoting vulnerability, validation, and camaraderie. Your thoughts and feelings matter! Give them a voice and welcome the power of others beside you on the journey.
